Payment

  • Paypal only (if you do not have Paypal account, please register free at http://www.paypal.com
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We will only follow your address listed in the Paypal payment for the shipment.

Shipping

  • Item will be shipped the same working day if payment confirmation is received by 3pm; if payment confirmation is received after 3pm item will be shipped the next working day. Shipping confirmation email will be sent when item is shipped.
  • We only ship within the UK.
  • If item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the product so we can issue a return authorization. Please include your name, item description and reason for return in your email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
  • Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued for the purchase price and original shipping costs.
  • If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at the buyers expense. Items returned without returns authorisation will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for all return postage and shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without authorization.
